Montreal-raised Karen Schauber edited The Group of Seven Reimagined: Contemporary Stories Inspired by Historic Canadian Paintings (Heritage 2019), an anthology of writing linked to 21 paintings by artists associated with the Group of Seven, including B.C.’s Emily Carr. Writers for the book include J.J. Lee, Alfred DePew, T. Godwin Good, Isabella Mori and Nina Shoroplova. Schauber has lived in Vancouver for more than three decades. 978-1-77203-288-8
