Ocean friendly fancy grub

Jane Mundy is a Vancouver freelance writer and editor who also has twenty years of experience as a professional cook. She will follow The Ocean Wise Cookbook by editing The Ocean Wise Cookbook 2: More Seafood Recipes that are Good for the Planet (Whitecap $29.95), due in April, site 2015, in conjunction with Ocean Wise, a national conservation program created by the Vancouver Aquarium to educate restaurants and consumers about the issues surrounding sustainable seafood. It contains more than 100 recipes from Canadian chefs and restaurants, as well as advice about cooking techniques and sustainability concerns.
