(Groundwood Books $21.99) was written in Anishinaabemowin and translated to English by Mary Ann Corbiere. Through this book, children spot a fox digging, minnows dancing and bees buzzing, learning how animals engage in daily activities like walking, swimming and climbing, and eventually settling down to sleep. The story is illustrated in a vibrant woodland style for readers aged 3-6 years.
