In Dallas Hunt’s exploration of grief, death and longing in the persistent struggles faced by Indigenous communities, he dissects the impact of colonization and the asymmetries that sustain it in his new poetry collection, Teeth (Nightwood $19.95). Despite grappling with harsh realities, the book finds moments of joy and resilience in everyday life. Through imagery and prose, Teeth offers a compelling depiction of Indigenous experiences and their resilience in the face of adversity. 9780889714526
