Climate crusaders

A retired atmospheric science researcher, Geoff Strong wrote the novela, Inconvenient Pipeline (Climate Crisis Publications $21.75) featuring 13-year-old Julia who lives with her family in Merritt. She solves several mysteries then teams up with an Indigenous teenager, Leah from the Coldwater Band to uncover deceptions by the petroleum industry. The story ends with a major oil spill disaster.
