Marsha Lederman’s New Book Launch

Join Marsha Lederman at the Jewish Book Festival on Thursday, September 18 at 7:00 pm for the launch of her new book, October 7th: Searching for the Humanitarian Middle (McClelland & Stewart $26).

In this reflective collection, Lederman, a columnist at The Globe and Mail and recipient of the Jack Webster Award for Excellence in Arts and Culture Reporting, grapples with the aftermath of the October 7th attacks on Israeli citizens, rising anti-Semitism and the ongoing violence in Gaza. Her writing explores the human impact of these events, acknowledging grief, anger and conflict while navigating the complex realities of global prejudice and trauma.

Books will be available for purchase and the author will be signing.
